Ranjan Bhattacharya Review – is His "Build Your Property Empire" course any good?

Ranjan Bhattacharya Review - in 2006 we bought Ranjan’s "Build Your Property Empire" home study course for about £100. We bought this course purely as a top up to our knowledge level at the time. We looked at what was included and thought for the price it looked good, and that perhaps there were gaps in our knowledge that we were not aware of that this would help plug.

Was it worth the price?

Yes, it was worth the money. If you are a novice, this home study course is a great place to start. However, if you are a little more experience then you probably won't find much within the course that will blow you away.

However, there are still some useful bits of info such as a detailed explanation of the different property market cycles, to name just one.

What did We like best about The Course?

The best things about it for us and a large reason why we bought the course was to get some of the extras, such as his investment property calculator and his 30 forms and templates to help us manage our property business.

Anything Negative?

The only negative thing we can think of in this Ranjan Bhattacharya review is that if you have been around making money from property for a while a lot of the stuff might be old news to you. But as we mentioned earlier there might still be a few gems in there to help you in some way.

Overall how would you rate this Ranjan Bhattacharya product?

Overall, for usefulness for a beginner we would rate it at 9 out of 10, as this course will give them a very solid grounding in the key areas of property investing success. However, for a more experienced investor we would give it a 7 out of 10. As if they have been on any other property training then most of the things in this course will probably be things they already know. But there are still some gems in there if you search hard enough.
