What Exactly is the Investment Property Guru Wish List?

This is going to be one of YOUR personal sections. This is where you are going to tell us exactly what you want out of this website.

It is essentially YOUR property wish list of what you would like us to provide. You will be able to post suggestions telling us what you think needs to be added to the site (or taken away) to make this site meet all your needs and to make it the very best site on the Internet for property investing in the UK and abroad.

There will be prizes for any suggestions that we get that we subsequently go on to implement and incorporate into the website. More details of this will follow when we launch this section fully.

Below is a list of a few things that individuals might post as suggestions that they wish to be implemented on investment property guru. These are suggestions that they think will help them or others in someway to be more successful or just to make their lives easier in someway in their property business.

• More Free business tools such as a free downloadable business planner
• Make the site easier to navigate or change the look of it in some way
• More investment property software for sale at a reasonable price – such as property management software to help manage their property portfolios more effectively
• Free downloadable tenancy agreements and other useful free documents and more free property information
• Allow everyone to post independent reviews of products they have bought to do with property – to let others know whether a particular product, service, workshop or seminar is worth going to or buying or whether it is best avoided.
• Have a property forum on the site so that everyone can help each other

These are just a few ideas we came up with in about two minutes, just to give you an idea of the sort of things you can put on your property wish list for this site.

We really want you to see this as YOUR site. So if there is absolutely anything that will help you progress in your property business that we are not currently providing, then here is going to be the place to let us know about it.

We promise we will look at every suggestion and nothing is out of bounds.

We created this property investing website as a dynamic, ever changing home for property professionals (and budding property professionals). One of the goals is for it to never be stagnant and to always be evolving.
