You have just found the UK’s premier website for helping property investors and other property professionals to be successful.

Below this paragraph you will see a picture of me. My name is Carlton Johnson and I am the creator of the investment property guru website. If you would like to hear what I sound like, then you can click on the play button below the picture for a verbal welcome message.

I run this website with my wife, who is also my business partner.

I am not sure how you managed to find us. Maybe it was via google while searching for information on some aspect of property investing, or perhaps you were referred to this site by someone else who recommended us highly. The route you took to find us is irrelevant.

You’re here now - and it is my goal to make sure that you to get as much help from the investment property guru site as possible.

What qualifies me as a property guru?

I love it when you ask direct and to the point questions.

Let’s get one thing straight right now… I don’t see myself as a property guru. I don’t claim to be a guru on property and I don’t think I ever will make that claim.

That’s not what this site is all about. This site isn’t about me sitting up on a pedestal, as if I am some sort of spiritual guide to property investing success, teaching you, the wide eyed opened mouthed, avid reader. That was never my intention.

I am not the property guru – THIS WEBSITE IS THE PROPERTY GURU! What does that mean? What it means is that this website is the amalgamation of the thoughts, ideas, investment strategies, tips, and advice of many different investors and many different property gurus, as well as my own tips, thoughts and strategies.

If you have read my book UK Property Success you will know that I searched for a few years and spent a few thousand pounds searching for the truth behind property investing and how to invest successfully with as minimal a risk as possible.

There are lots of investors that I have learnt from and who have shown me new and innovative ways to make money from property. And in turn I have been able to help many investors to start off on their career in property investing, as well as being able to help many experienced investors take their business to another level.

Why did I create the investment property guru website?

As well as being a property investor I am also an Internet entrepreneur and I am using this skill to do what I love doing. Namely, to help other people make money from property or to help people in general live a much more enriched, fulfilled life.

My goal when I created this website was to be different. I wanted to create a website for the property professional or the novice investor who is cost conscious and doesn’t like being ripped off.

I wanted to give this type of investor a place to come where they could get the same sort of information that they would be getting on these seminars or workshops for a fraction of the cost or even for free.

I felt that there was a growing need to make expert unbiased information on property investing affordable for everyone.

This website has been created to fill that NEED!

The investment property guru website was started in late September 2007 and developed at a phenomenal rate. This website is currently only touching the surface of what it will be. It‘s evolution will revolve around what you as the reader wants and will find most useful. So please feel free to contact us to let us know your thoughts.
